Welcome to breaking your (period) shame, friend!

What if I told you, you carry the life-death-rebirth cycle in your womb(space)?

What if I told you, your period is both your biggest release valve and a health indicator?

What if I told you, you can use your hormonal ups & downs to regulate your nervous system?

With this container, I’d like to accompany you on a journey of deconstruction and reclamation through your inner underworld and through your light. We’ll travel into your past, experience the present moment in a new way, and re-create your future. 

  • We'll follow the archetypal phases of the Maiden, the Mother, the Wild Woman, and the Crone through our lives.

  • We'll invite the moon phases and the seasons to move our bodies.

  • We'll expel shame from our womb(space), once and for all.

  • We'll take off our patriarchal glasses to look at topics such as hysteria, controlling birth (more commonly known as birth control), and period poverty.

  • We'll reclaim our herstories and mysteries, by busting common period myths and retelling ancient menstrual mythology.

DISCLAIMER: In this class, I talk about the menstrual cycle phases, their cyclical nature, and how acceptance & boundary setting are our main cycle syncing tools. I strongly believe we have to learn to accept our cycles if we're going to fight the Patriarchy out of our bodies, minds, and psyches. However, I also understand that not everyone with periods can learn to love them. I am openly curious about all forms of body dysmorphia experiences & currently on a steep learning curve—but I am in no way equipped to "teach" about it. So, I hope you can forgive me if I don't go too deep into dysmorphia. I do invite you to share your story if it feels aligned, and I wholeheartedly welcome any and all wisdom or resources you can offer me, so I can further educate myself.

Who is this for?

Those who have periods. Those who used to and now no longer have periods. Those who nurture and care for loved ones who have periods. Those who never had periods but who want to honor the menstrual cycle nonetheless. Those who already enjoy their cycle. Those who have never enjoyed their cycle. Those who struggle with every conceivable “side effect” of having periods. Those who teach about periods. Those who want to learn about periods. Those who are curious about periods. Those who just don’t want to hate their periods any longer. Those who have tried everything else already…

What is included?
